In Mexico City, the eclipse will begin at 10:58 a.m. local time and reach totality at 12:15 p.m. In New York City, the eclipse will begin at 1:31 p.m. local time and reach totality at 2:47 p.m. In Los Angeles, the eclipse will begin at 9:06 a.m. local time and reach totality at 10:19 a.m.
